Geoff has been a practising accountant for 30 years. He formed the company in 2003 to specialise in taxation and the preparation of accounts for small and medium businesses and charities.
He is a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants (FAIA); the Society of Company Accountants (FSCA); and the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT).
For many years he kept horses and was a keen cyclist, spending holidays cycling across Europe and Scandinavia. In his spare time he is an avid reader of History and Railways, and enjoys walking defunct railway lines.
Gaynor has been with the company since 2005. She began her studies with the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, but also has a degree from Canada; an M.A. from Sheffield; and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham.
For many years she was a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and worked in Human Resources.
She enjoys writing fiction, reading thrillers and walking in the countryside with family.
Dasa has been with us for two years and is a key person in carrying out payroll, P11D, CIS and book-keeping.
She is currently completing level 4 AAT to obtain full membership, and is also studying ATT examinations (Association of Taxation Technicians).
If she has any spare time after this and looking after her family, she enjoys reading.
Andy has an honours degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Wales. He is an Associate of the Institute of Financial Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Public Accountants, Australia. Although involved with accounting for much of his life, he has also found time to complete a doctorate (PhD) from Nottingham and a Certificate in Legal Studies.
Enjoyment for Andy is listening to music, playing the piano, reading history and following motor racing, but he can often be found in his garden simply watching the wildlife.
Liubov has been with us for five years.
She is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians but also has an M.A. from a Russian university.
At the moment she is studying to be a Chartered Certified Accountant.
When she has time, she likes to read fiction.
Joanne joined the firm at the beginning of 2019. She previously had five years experience with another accountancy practice and several more years as an Office Manager with a manufacturing company.
For over ten years she was a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Joanne enjoys crafts and DIY, and has been known to help out with roofing her home, after which a pint at the pub was well deserved.
Carolina has been associated with the company for over ten years. She has a BSc degree in Accounting/Finance from Sheffield and is a member of the AAT. Presently she is studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Her out-of-work activities include nearly anything that requires energy and stamina such as running marathons and wild water swimming. And being from Colombia, she also speaks fluent Spanish.
Louise studied accounting and finance at Nottingham Trent University, and completed her training as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
After this she worked in industry for 15 years before returning to private practice in 2014. She is presently responsible for a portfolio of small limited companies and charities which require monthly Management Accounts as well as yearly submissions.
Louise enjoys bell ringing, eating out, singing, going to the theatre and relaxing with friends.
